Terms of Service

Angel is a private organizer for your own health records and a research library for the conditions you choose to follow. It helps you find, read, and discuss published research with your clinicians. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you what to do.

Angel is operated by Last 1 Enterprises. Access at launch is invite-gated while we prove privacy and isolation guarantees.

Angel is a wellness and information organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always consult qualified clinicians for care decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

You are responsible for your account credentials and vault passphrase. Authentication (sign-in) and decryption (passphrase) are separate. We cannot recover a lost passphrase or recovery phrase.

You must not attempt to access another user's data or circumvent access controls.

Use Angel only for lawful personal health organization. Do not upload content you lack rights to store. Do not abuse the service, probe other accounts, or interfere with operation or security.

Paid features may require a subscription. On the web, billing is handled by Stripe under a separate privacy policy. On iOS, subscriptions use Apple In-App Purchase where applicable. Founding accounts may be comped at our discretion.

You can manage or cancel web subscriptions through the billing portal in settings, subject to Stripe and applicable law.

AI outputs are informational and cite sources when possible. They may be incomplete or incorrect. You choose what to send for analysis and which external providers to allow through in-app consent.

We may update features, limits, and pricing as the product matures. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms on this page.

Angel is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that extracted or AI-generated text matches your original records. Verify important values against source documents.

To the extent permitted by law, Last 1 Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data when passphrase and recovery materials are lost.

You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, server-side data is removed per our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
